On the morning of July 1, the groundbreaking ceremony of the Dufengxuan 30,000-ton Small Molecule Protein Soup Deep Processing Industrial Base Project (hereinafter referred to as Dufengxuan) was held. Li Xie, deputy director of Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce, Zhang Yongjun, member of the Yangpu Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee, Yu Lianfu, chairman of Dufengxuan, and Leng Mingquan, chairman of the Hainan Entrepreneurs Association, attended the groundbreaking ceremony. Li Xie, deputy director of the Hainan Provincial Department of Commerce, delivered a speech. He said that the high-end food processing industry is a key high-tech industry that will be developed during Hainan's "14th Five-Year Plan" period. In order to fully capitalize on the advantages of location, port and policy, and continuously optimize the industrial structure, the DYEZ (Danzhou-Yangpu Economic Circle) has seized the opportunity offered by the value-added processing duty-free policy to expand its pilot area, with plans for its IHFP (International Health Food Port) to focus on four leading industries: functional food, specialized healthy food, fine meat and healthy oils. At present, a number of well-known global companies have deployed health food projects in Yangpu. In the future, the IHFP will become a new 10-billion-level industrial cluster in the DYEZ, providing more investment opportunities for entrepreneurs and friends around the world. Zhang Yongjun, member of the Yangpu Working Committee and deputy director of the Management Committee, said that the Dufengxuan 30,000-ton small-molecule protein soup deep processing industrial base project is one of the first key signing projects of Hainan Free Trade Port in 2022 and the first enterprise project to be established after the release of the Yangpu International Healthy Food Port Plan. After the project is put into operation, it will achieve good cooperative development with meat processing enterprises in the IHFP, and further strengthen the high-end food processing industry chain within the DYEZ. He hopes Dufengxuan will start production and enjoy the investment dividends of the Free Trade Port as soon as possible! At the groundbreaking ceremony, Yu Lianfu, chairman of Dufengxuan, delivered a speech. He said that Dufengxuan plans to build a modern 30,000-ton small-molecule protein soup deep processing industrial base that utilizes smart machinery in Yangpu. The project can cooperate with high-quality meat processing enterprises that have already landed in Yangpu to create a circular economy within the ecological industry chain. In the future, the company will firmly grasp the opportunities offered by the Hainan FTP (Free Trade Port) construction, actively leveraging our company's resources in the aggregate seasoning industry and integrating its advantages to drive more soup and catering companies to achieve a kitchen revolution and product upgrades, and in doing so, build a world-class soup industry cluster in Hainan and promote the high-quality and efficient development of Yangpu IHFP. After the groundbreaking ceremony, Dufengxuan held a signing ceremony with China Agricultural Reclamation Fund and Sichuan Tianwei Food Fund . Dufengxuan then signed contracts with ABC (Agricultural Bank of China) and ABC International. Du Fengxuan said that through this private placement of shares and with capital and industry support from the China Agricultural Reclamation Industry Development Fund and the Sichuanese seasoning industry leader Tianwei Food, it will further expand and strengthen, creating an integrated, large-scale and competitive modern condiment industry group.
