Financial Empowerment Training Seminar Successfully Held

On May 12, Yangpu International, in conjunction with Haikou Branch of China Merchants Bank (CMB) and Hainan Alumni Association of the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), held the Hainan FTP Danzhou-Yangpu Economic Circle Investment Opportunities Presentation and “Improving Capability and Construction Year” Financial Empowerment Training Seminar. The presentation and training seminar were aimed at helping more enterprises learn more about the opportunities presented by the Danzhou-Yangpu integration policies, so that they can better expand their market.

At the presentation, executive vice president of Yangpu International Zhang Zhe remarked, “at present, Danzhou and Yangpu are jointly working on industrial layout and development, combining Yangpu’s advantages with Danzhou’s municipal functions to form a modern industrial system. I hope that more enterprises will choose to invest and establish a presence within the Danzhou-Yangpu economic circle and help accelerate its development.”

In his speech to attendees, Professor emeritus of CEIBS, Chen Jieping, gave an overview of CEIBS, and expressed his hope that enterprises would see positive growth.

Following Professor Chen’s speech, executive vice-president of Yangpu International, Chen Mingye brought the attendees attention to a policy published by the provincial government on May 9. The policy - “Opinions Regarding the Integrated Development of Danzhou and Yangpu” – puts forward a series of supportive measures giving strong momentum to the development of the Danzhou-Yangpu economic circle.

Deputy Manager of CMB’s Haikou Branch, Yin Longjie, led the training seminar centered on the theme of “Using Financing and Policy to Optimize Enterprise Investment and Operational Layout”. During the seminar, he introduced the policy advantages offered by the Danzhou-Yangpu economic circle’s “Finance+Industry” focus from the perspective of commercial banking.
